MIND SET!

以上是Anobii 對 Mind Set! 的描述。對我來說, 最大的意義是「Don't get so far ahead of the parade that people don't know you're in it」。 有人常說我走得太快，令人跟不上。這一年我已刻意走得慢一點, 但是一心急上來還是改不了。加上工作上, 我要追時間，自己有時未想清楚已經行動。這是萬萬不能的, 我不能要求別人和我一樣轉數快。visual 型的就是走得太快, 口中的一句, 手打的一句句總是是捉不住腦袋的影像。我真的要行番慢d, 配合他人。

另一個有意義的mind set 是「Don't add unless you substract 」在加數之前應該是減數, 人生是應該留白, 加加加就會令人窒息, reduction 會令人減低它的壓力。如果你唔可以減的話, 唔好亂加。

最後想提一提「You don't get results by solving problems but by expoliting opportunities 」這句話教我們唔好一味想如何解決問題, 而是了解問題背後的意義, 它的隱含機遇, 好似我地做金口獎的工作計劃一樣, 我唔係解決一個問題, (例如前會長要這個工作計劃代代相傳), 要做得好, 就要把握一些機遇, 例如懂得包裝它為一個全港唯一一個兩文三語讀講聽寫拔尖比賽, 好似話有人抄左個金口獎明年在中學搞, 可能我們的創意是給人認同了。而金口獎, 我今年的gimmick 是粵語正音及兩文三語司儀, 就是exploit 語文低落這個機會, 來好好宣傳自己的北區青年商會。
